Birkenhead Premium Lager

A bittersweet mystery classically reincarnated. Slightly sweeter than your average continental lager but if you are a Hop Head you will appreciate the crisp clean Saaz and Perle this beer has to offer. Primarily malty, lightly hopped. 4, 5% alc. by vol.

Birkenhead Pilsner

The Premium Pilsner is an aromatic Hoppy Pilsner beer with a distinctive after taste which is slightly bitter. This new addition to the Birkenhead range of brews has slightly less alcohol. The brewers search for excellence in a refreshing new taste is brought to life in this Premium Pilsner. 3, 5% alc. by vol.

Honey Blond Ale

Wheat beer? Yes! German, or Belgian? No - truly South African. She is blonde, smooth, mysterious and alluring in character, she is Honey Blonde. Light to medium bodied, malty with a sweet fruity finish. Low in bitterness with a honey aroma. 6, 0% alc. by vol.

Birkenhead Pride (Old English Ale Bitters)

This extremely strong, full malt flavoured style combines the best English Hops with South African Barley to provide the modern man with loads of taste in an autumn beer. Full bodied malt flavour enhance by a thick, wheat derived head. Buscuity with a dry nutty finish.

Birkenhead Chocolate Malt Stout

Don’t let the cold force you away from your beer, our malt stout is sure to warm those winter days and nights. Strong espresso with hints of chocolate, complimented by a tangy bitterness and dry nutty finish. Full bodied with a creamy tan head. 4, 5% alc. by vol.

Birkenhead Black Snake

This Birkenhead creation consists of brandy, stout and honey blonde ale. Black Snake is just like Africa’s most dangerous snake, the Black Mamba - it will give you a bite you’ll never forget! If you thrive on FEAR be afraid, be very afraid!10% alc. by vol.
