- Employee volunteerism
SAB’s ‘soul’ investment involves ad hoc donations and support for disasters and humanitarian relief. A budget is allocated to address welfare issues and is purely an outreach response to day-to-day requests for donations and disaster relief.
We also encourage employee volunteerism, allowing employees to actively play their part by being able to apply for funding of certain projects or by participating in company funded CSI days.
